Most systems rely on detection of ionizing radiation and on airborne/surface testing for certain isotopes. Both are pretty easy to guard against. There are new technologies out there, like gamma/neutron active scanning, that may change that. But they are not here yet.

Broke 0 #29 October 10, 2005 Why do they allways threatin to hit NYC. Man I am sick of it can't they hit another city like Detroit. When London was bombed my first thought was, "Thank god it wasn't NY."Divot your source for all things Hillbilly. Anvil Brother 84 SCR 14192
mr2mk1g 10 #30 October 10, 2005 Quotemy first thought was, "Thank god it wasn't NY." Cheers. QuoteWhy do they allways threatin to hit NYC. You really ought to adopt a far less insular outlook on life. The vast majority of attacks are not against NYC, nor are the vast majority of threats. And... um... you do realise that this threat was made against seven cities right? Quotecan't they hit another city like Detroit A really remarkable attitude to take. Broke 0 #31 October 10, 2005 Well you know share the wealth. Now the problem with these people who are currently involved with these threats, and attacks is they claim to be followers of Islam, but they break all the rules set forth in their teachings. The Koran says that even if you are on deaths door ie. you know you are going to die from wonds inflicted upon you in battle, if you decide to end your life to ease your passing you go o hell. Thier teachings also state they should have mercy on the infidel for they know not what they are doing. Also it is supposed to be against thier codes to attack unarmed civillains, women, and children. I wonder if any of these people actually read thier book, or do they just listen to thier leaders. Allthough I do admit the United States has had fewer terrorist attacks than a lot of other countries. And if you look at the figures about half of the terrorist actions within the United States have been from domestic, while the other half was from International terrorists.Divot your source for all things Hillbilly.
