Anthrax attacks

Hmmm.
It's been about 4 years since the anthrax attacks in the US and still the case is unsolved.
The strain of anthrax used in the mailings was developed by the US department of defense and kept by that department under lock and key.
It was sent to journalists and congressmen as the US war machine cranked up.

At about the same time journalists and most major media personelle began to refrain from making any dissenting remarks concerning the Bush administrations' foreign and domestic policies.
Congress passed "The Patriot Act".

Now who could have gotten into that vault and mailed that anthrax?

Could it be Al-Queida?
