It is a matter that if a bunch of people with no house , no jobs, and no money get together in a city, crime will skyrocket. And morocco not only is not enforcing his part of the deal but look to the other side. After all, none of the imigranbt wants to stay in morocco, they just use it to reach spain. When it comes to overall immigration policy, the US has the most generous policy in the world.
