Definition All you have to do is get enough political bloggers to link to that page using the same magic word "failure", and it becomes the top ranked hit in Google's search algorithm. A bunch of Republican bloggers could get together and do the same thing to Clinton with the word "scumbag". None of it means a darned thing. It's just geeks working the system for a little fun.
