waltappel 1 #1 September 8, 2005 1 Muslim given his ticket to paradise by truck-mounted machine gun. 1 Muslim takes a soldier's M-16, shoots another Muslim, then gets shot by another soldier. 1 Muslim detonates himself and takes some other Muslims with him to go hang out with Allah and all the virgins. No American casulaties this time.This week's episode opens up with a mirrored-sunglasses and red-and-white-checkered head towel wearing Muslim firing an RPG at the platoon as they are driving down a dirt road in the middle of nowhere. The RPG round goes in a truck's driver-side window, through cab, and out the passenger-side window without injury or damage. Bet you felt kind of silly, didn't you, Habib? After that little bit of excitement the platoon gets yet another undesirable job--guarding a bunch of Muslim prisoners at a makeshift prison. The prison doesn't have any cells. It looks kind of like a small retail center (1 or 2 stores) converted to a prison using hurricane fencing and razor wire. The prisoners are kept in an open yard area and are required to sit or lay on the ground while the US soldiers roam among them. The US soldiers are there to supplement the Muslim guards who have a nasty tendency to kill prisoners. One prisoner, pretending to be asleep, trips "Mrs. B", takes her M-16, shoots another prisoner, and then gets shot by another soldier. Kind of a "two for the price of one" deal. Not bad! Unfortunately, this is the second very close call that day for Mrs. B. She was driving the truck that the RPG round passed through. Mrs. B's day gets a bit worse when she is given word that her kid has been diagnosed as autistic. All considered, Mrs. B is having kind of rough day, but she is given 5 days leave to go see her kid. She first visits her mother, then sees her kid's father (who is in jail/prison), then visits a redneck friend. The redneck gives her counterfeit ID papers in exchange for hot redneck sex. A Muslim prisoner is rifle-butted in the face after calling "Smoke" a "Yankee ni**er". Later, some dipshit Muslim smuggles explosives into the prison by hiding them in a toilet seat. "Mr. rifle-butt face Muslim guy" gets the explosives and rigs himself suicide bomber style. After yelling some sort of Muslim BS he detonates himself and takes out some other Muslims, possibly including his wife. Now THAT is family values! At the end of the episode, Mrs. B. decides to go AWOL instead of return to Iraq. Things picked up a bit this week for Allah on the series. Maybe he was inspired by the bridge tragedy last week. "These guys are willing to die for their cause. And all we want to do is survive day-to-day so we can go back home. How are we supposed to win a war like that?"
