waltappel 1 #1 September 7, 2005 Just for fun, I checked out www.jessejackson.com and was redirected to a porn site. No big surprise. Then, I checked out www.jessejackson.org and found a pretty cool anti-Jesse Jackson site. Personally, I like Jesse Jackson because he makes people who scream about racism look like the nitwits that they are, but anyone looking for fun "facts" on Jesse will like the site. (I put "facts" in quotes because I can't vouch for authenticity). One kind of cool section is the link, "Spitting in Whitey's Food" that cites a Life Magazine article: Once he told of his days as a waiter at the Jack Tar Hotel in his home town of Greenville, S.C. Just before leaving the kitchen he would spit into the food of white patrons he hated and then smilingly serve it to them. He did this, he said, "because it gave me psychological gratification." tcnelson 1 #2 September 7, 2005 i love it when people use the names jesse jackson and martin luther king in the same sentence as examples of civil rights leadership. comparing jesse jackson to mlk is like comparing a pedophile priest to mother teresa."Don't talk to me like that assface...I don't work for you yet." - Fletch NBFT, Deseoso Rodriguez RB#1329
popsjumper 2 #3 September 7, 2005 Thank God for racism...without it, Jackson and Sharpton would have nothing to do - well, really, they would do what they normally do - create some. ACMESkydiver 0 #10 September 7, 2005 The Rev. Jesse Jackson is a complete jerk. Note that this type of person relishes stirring debate, causing protest and outcry, but does not offer a solution.~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action. Jesse Jackson does indeed express himself very poetically. The problem most people have is the content of what he expresses. I'll try to express my thoughts on him in a Jesse-like way: He's a race-baiter and a white-hater Got it in for the Jew boys too He's a corporate extortionist pimp Ain't no kind of take-shit-from-whitey kind of wimp And grandstadin' be what he like to do He cheated on his wife Had an out of wedlock kid Then had the gall to preach to Clinton After all that bullshit that he and Monica did That's ok, cause Jesse be cool He be the good Lord's REVEREND Jesse Jackson Talkin' to his flock about the Christian rules Jesse's been the man showin' us all the way To keep the hate alive Way better than the KKK Peace Out! Ok, so I'm no Jesse Jackson--thank goodness. As far as him being a leader, it's not clear to me that he represents anyone but himself.
