I never defended it. I dont like it myself. Things from china, Japan, Vietnam, and even the Americans have done is bad. But some of the things people say are torture I dont consider torture. Keeping someone awake foe 4 days straight is not in my book. Electrocute-Yes. Panties on head-no. Beat to death-Yes. The line on the movie Reservoir Dogs makes sense to me. "You can beat him so he tells you he started the Chicago fire but that doesnt make it true". It went something like that.
