The article suggests that certain high placed and well known Americans had a strong motive to see the Twin Towers destroyed because there were billions of $ of bonds which were due to be paid back on 9-12 stored in an office there. I interpreted it as saying the US needs to be saved from the people pulling the government's strings, but we all knew that right?
