That is just not a productive way to influence change. Not to mention the morality of it. First ten bombs exploded in 4 commuter trains killing 191 people. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/3597885.stm Then a new government is elected. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/3636599.stm Then spain announces that they are pulling all of there forces out of Iraq. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/3637523.stm Appears to be effective in this case. vmsfreaky1 0 #27 July 29, 2005 YO! havent you heard there is a war on? That means at least two sides don't like each other. That means (usually) they start killing each other. It's 'in' right now to hate the USA. If the good ol USA would stop letting Israel hide behind it's skirt like a bad little boy and let the rest of the world condemn them, as has been tried for sixty bloody years with the USA doing the good ol VETO to get Israel out of shit, then these 'terrorists' would not have much of a beef with you, in fact i reckon they would all go home and say about fucking time. Naw, you are behind the times. That was the reason a few years ago. Now it's the US being in Iraq. I know it's hard, but please try to keep up.
quade 4 #29 July 29, 2005 Quote havent you heard there is a war on? Oh, no, no, no. NOW The White House is calling it, and I kid you not, "The Struggle Against Extremism" which is, as I'm sure some folks would agree perhaps one of the silliest euphemisims ever used -- bar none. http://usinfo.state.gov/is/Archive/2005/Apr/19-169374.html http://www.nytimes.com/2005/07/26/politics/26strategy.html So, just remember, it's not a war any more, just a struggle. But here is the Irony.... After Spain pulled out, there were over 5 more plots to "Blow SHit Up" in spain by Muslim extremist. That is documented. They were broken up by authorities. That was the whole point.... If you give them what they want, they will ask for more. Skyrad 0 #31 July 29, 2005 Yawn..... more religious hate incitment from Fox, how interesting. You can find some idiot to say anything it doesn't follow that that is the common view. I am actualy in London, brought up in a Muslim family with a Muslim name I have spoken to loads of Muslims about this since 7/7 and all of them have been universal in their condemnation of these crimes. The Muslim Council of Britan have not only condemned the acts but have issued a Fatwa against suicide boming and in Mosques up and down the country and in Islamic schools the faithfull have been asked to go to the Police if they know anything or suspect anyone of involvement. The one confirmed 'Suspected' bomber that has been caught was as a result of his own Mother and Father informing the Police on him. People have been arrested up and down the country after having been shopped by Muslims. So I suggest that if you want to know whats really happening over here you try and get a news source rather than a propagander station like Fox.When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy.
