Hell we spent approx 3 billion dollars to fund UN systems, some of which were voluntary, yearly. The point, which you miss as if it's deliberate (and I guess it is), is the comparison of promises with deliverables, and the comparison with the Rookie120's statement (linked) that the US is the only country that does anything....
