craddock 0 #5 June 13, 2005 WOW! Were you in the court room for this case? I was not but from what I have read and seen there was plenty of reasonable doubt. Guilty or not I think the jury did a good job. Remember... Beyond a resonable doubt. The prosecutions could not do this. In a case with little evidence the Prosecutions key witnesses credibility were seriously questionable. I hope to never have you on a jury if I am tried. Your gut feeling is not how you are supposed to vote. That spot isn't bad at all, the winds were strong and that was the issue! It was just on the downwind side. Botellines 0 #6 June 13, 2005 QuoteFUCKING BULLSHIT IDIOT FUCKING JURY. Probably the jury saw how much those kids parents wanted MJ money and realized that their testimony was greatly influenced by the prospect of making money. Now, if i was the judge, i would put a ban to all the parents that forbid the to take their kids close to MJ.

I (we?) just want to know what you're basing it on since you seem so vehement about it. chuckbrown 0 #12 June 13, 2005 QuoteFUCKING BULLSHIT IDIOT FUCKING JURY. No, I believe your quote should say "Fucking bullshit idiot fucking PROSECUTOR." That's where the blame lies. They built as absolutely horrible case. I'm a lawyer, and I'd have been ashamed to have done to me what the prosecution's witnesses did to them. The jury did it's job and found reasonable doubt because the prosecutors gave them reasonable doubt. I said in the other thread he'd either walk or have a hung jury on all counts. It was pretty obvious.

lisamariewillbe 1 #14 June 13, 2005 what makes it cut and dry for me??? Easy, he is obviously fucked up in the head, he has stated on television that he does sleep with other peoples sons in his own bed without other adults around, he himself has proven he is a liar, he has proven to be mentually unstable, he puts his children in danger (The children he claims are his) he uses his money and his position as "the king of pop" to lure families into his ranch of perversian, granted there were some issues on witness credibilty , and I think the mother of the latest accusation is a nut job and deserves to be right next to him in a cell in a prision being made someones bitch. HOWEVER its not like he has been accused of this ONCE or even TWICE, there are multible accusations. MULTIBLE I wonder how much does it cost to buy a jury?Sudsy Fist: i don't think i'd ever say this Sudsy Fist: but you're looking damn sudsydoable in this

Accusing him of such things gets you a lot of money, so people have an economic incentive to do that. A great many people in america are willing to do something slightly dishonest to make millions. Michele 1 #24 June 13, 2005 QuoteDarn! I hate sarcasimism. LOLing at you, Nick! From what little all of us know about the case, it indeed was a bad case to begin with. Snedden does seem to have an itch after MJ, and sadly, that itch cost the tax payers hundreds of thousands of dollars. The only folk who did not have a motive to lie and/or embellish were some of the defense witnesses, and that alone turned things for some people. LisaMarie, if you re-read your comments about why you believe that he's guilty and should be put away, you might be able to see a heavy bias towards pre-judgement. The things you said lead me to believe that you have some significant preconceptions about the ranch, MJ's personality, and his children...and those pre-judgements and preconceptions may be tinging your perspective a tad. That being said, you're completely welcome to have your own opinion, and have it based on whatever you want. I don't happen to share it, however. Botellines 0 #25 June 13, 2005 QuoteHard to justify considering he was just found not guilty... Precisely, since he was found not guilty, the ban should not be put on him, but on the parents. I didn´t explain myself correctly, obviously MJ cannot be around kids because either MJ will abuse them, or (more likely) their parents will abuse the sistem trying to get MJ money, so there should be a ban on the parents to avoid this circus.
