I just want to get this out there now if I ever decide to run for POTUS. I have smoked pot before. I did inhale. I experienced cotton mouth. I laughed my ass off for no reason. I had incredible munchies.

Of course I HATE Bush. I mean I really, really don't like him at all. AND I only heard a little bit of that tape because it happened to come on when I turned the water off for a minute (washing dishes). But what I heard was not bad on Bush at all. In fact it made me think just a tiny little bit better of him....maybe.
To say that he wouldn't answer questions about marijuana and cocaine b/c he thought it would set a bad example. Well????? He's right. Maybe also because he'd lose a lot of votes....but. THEN....he wanted the religious right's support, but said that he would not gay bash because he was a sinner himself. Those aren't statements that I would condemn a man over.

And consider the motivations. Linda Tripp was being asked to lie to a Federal Grand Jury and taped Monica to protect herself. McClellen is only doing it for the money.

Actually I was bashing the right wing of the republican party, not the figurehead. I think Bush is a rather average rich guy that got lucky and happend to be born into a political dynasty.
It's just funny to me to see otherwise inteligent people make some pretty obviously contridictory statements.
Afterall it's pretty damn tough to say that Pot is evil and will ruin your life forever if you so much as even smoke one joint if it doesn't even impair your ability to run a 1st world country.
