rhino 0 #1 December 14, 2004 http://tupm.com/downloads/harrison.wav After listening to this... Do you think that the Attorney Grievance Commission should have punished him? This is my former attorney making an agreement "without my permission" in the courtroom. I had just gotten to the state of Michigan and this was the court date where we expected to get custody after the FOC recommendation came back in our favor... Just listen.... What do you think? I got 6 months of supervised visitation THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR instead of custody all because my attorney made an agreement without my permission. This was the first and LAST time I didn't attend a court date... Unfucking believable... Rhino
Jib 0 #2 December 14, 2004 I have seen several cases where client's claim that their attorney did not have authority to enter into a settlement and the court did not enforce it. I have no idea about divorce or where you are though. -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. rhino 0 #3 December 14, 2004 If you listen he said he didn't have the authority.. What he did was approach the bench and the mic was on at the judges bench..

rhino 0 #5 December 14, 2004 It was all just a big fucking joke.. The attorney wasn't even warned by the grievance comission... The judge is immune to lawsuit because she is a judge.. Then this prick tries to sue me for a $6,900 attorney bill.... I should turn his rat ass into fox2 problem solvers or something...
