Michele 1 #3 November 12, 2004 Gawain, I don't think so. I think at the very most, there were 2-4 people who were not guilty leaning. With the dismissal of the foreman/lawyer/docter guy, who was meticulous and annoying (according to speculative rumors), I think he was the hold-out for not guilty. The defense was really furious that he was let go...once he's out of the picture, pressure is placed on the replacement to go with the crowd (if in fact they didn't think he was guilty at the outset...). ON the other hand, it's made for some good study for me with jury dynamics, jury personalities, etc. I'm extremely interested in this jury verdict, since I know so much about what's transpired.
