skycop 0 #1 November 2, 2004 I get off work at 6:00a.m., the polls in KY open at 6:00a.m.. There was a 20min line already. The last election there were 2 people at the polls. If this is any indication there is going to be a huge turn-out! I got my wife up on her off day so she could beat the lines. Let's see if there is a true "silent majority". I don't think many people are going to be "silent" in this election. ...............this should be interesting........... I've made my views clear on here before, you may know where I stand. God Speed to all, ain't democracy grand, at least until the lawyers get a hold of it!!! Blue Skies! "Just 'cause I'm simple, don't mean I'm stewpid!" mr2mk1g 10 #4 November 2, 2004 If they joined forces they could become a crime fighting duo of comic book legend. I can see the title's of the TV searies spin-off now. [The Adventures of Horse-face and his side-kick Monkey-boy] (or vice versa depending on if your a Dem. or a Republican). "Quick Monkey-boy - to the Campaign bus... Chief Election Commissioner Gordon needs us..."
nacmacfeegle 0 #5 November 2, 2004 Good for you, its your absolute responibility to vote. Remember every vote counts, but in some cases, your vote has probably already been counted.-------------------- He who receives an idea from me, receives instruction himself without lessening mine; as he who lights his taper at mine, receives light without darkening me.
