Yeah, but the WTC towers weren't designed to survive a nuclear attack, the Pentagon was. In fact, my main thought I had on 9/11 after seeing the damage to the Pentagon was "Huh, I guess the designers were wrong."

Not saying I buy into the conspiracy; BUT, the Pentagon was in no way, shape or form built to withstand a nuclear attack. And yes, I used to work there; I was involved in the actual ACE renovation/re-construction about 5 years ago.

It was actually built in less than two years as quick office space.

My bad, back when I was a Sea Cadet we were given a tour and were told that the building had been designed to withstand an airburst from an h-bomb.
