Timothy Hubbard, 24, of Odessa is accused of listing his presidential vote on eBay. Prosecutors say Hubbard had an opening bid of $25, and the highest bidder would get his vote. No bids were made, but police traced the posting back to Hubbard. He says he was just trying to find out if anyone would respond. __________________________________________________ What could happen to him?? Anyone know?
