Looking for a legal shark to attack alstate ins co.

This post should probably be in the 'bonfire', but I'm hoping for some serious help here!

Alstate insurance co. has been dicking me around for over two years regarding a home owners claim, and it is way past time to just "go legal" and challenge them with a fraud and bad faith claim.

My problem is finding legal counsel.

Any references would be appreciated.

Hi GB

Try contacting the state insurance commisioner and fileing a claim. I wouldn't be surprised if your not the first unhappy policy holder.

Allstate got in serious trouble in KCMO due to washing car tittles after the cars were totaled in a flood. Saw a picture of The allstate slogan about your in good hands with all state. The picture showed a pair of hands holding someone cajones.

Lawyer's cost money your state insurance commisioner might surprise you. If not then go to a lawyer if you loss is big enough for the attorney's time.

Either way you go it's going to take some time. Document!
