happythoughts 0 #76 October 12, 2004 The moon shots were faked, professional wrestling is real, and the Loch Ness monster has boat-prop marks on it. This is my favorite conspiracy theme. The prove-it-didn't-happen one. Of course, even if conclusive proof is offereed, it will be rejected as being "made up" by the vast conspiracy. Joe DiMaggio loved Marilyn Monroe and brought roses to her grave after her death. A very good possibility for a jealous husband type who could go off the deep end. If I said that Joe DiMaggio was the Grassy Knoll shooter of JFK, no one could prove to me that he wasn't there. Perhaps this deserves some looking into... I'm glad I didn't put those two phrases on the internet. Right now, Echelon is signalling a NSA sweeper team to get into a black helicopter with your home address. Michele 1 #79 October 12, 2004 QuoteWhew! I'm glad I didn't put those two phrases on the internet. Right now, Echelon is signalling a NSA sweeper team to get into a black helicopter with your home address. No problem...I've got my tin hat ready (did you know a noodle collander can be used in a pinch?) and my rubber soled tin covered shoes by the door (as long as the kitten didn't eat them), so I can escape without fear. I'll use a technique of time travel which the folks at Mauntauk taught me, so I'll be able to escape into another era, and avoid the hegemonical society which is coming. Besides, Oliver Stone told me in a dream to call him should things get too hairy. Now, all I gotta do is remember where I put his phone number! peacefuljeffrey 0 #80 October 12, 2004 Quote Hi, how nice to meet you again, where have you been so long? Quote We have every right, at all times, to freely criticize. Yes you have, like everybody. Sometimes, it only needs some basics. Quote What are you trying to say? That some people are so above reproach that our first amendment right to speak freely is squelched because of their stature, and our right is void in such circumstances?? That's bizarre thinking. I am of course not "trying to say.." something. I said something, right? What you mentioned with the above seems just to be your way to interpret what you read. Indeed, you did say something. And what you said, actually, leaves NO room for "interpretation": You said we don't have the right to criticize this woman. That's pure falsehood. We not only have that right, we will fight to defend that right, and we will never let anyone make good on a claim that it is not our right to enjoy in perpetuity. QuoteLast but not least: I second what I said before. That's my freedom of speech and my point of view. You use your freedom of speech to claim that we don't have the fredom of speech to criticize the woman...? As some others are fond of saying here... "Noice." -Jeffrey-Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"

flyingferret 0 #82 October 13, 2004 This is very slightly off-topic, because it does not really say much about this claim. There are a number of scientists with questions about AIDS, particulary the causal relationship between HIV and AIDS. AIDS as the CDC has termed it behaves differently than any virus we have known, and we have expanded and morphed scientific definitions in an effort to explain it. I am not here to cry conspiracy or anything else, but if you are interested in hearing a dissenting view, check out "Inventing the AIDs Virus" by Dr. Peter Duesberg. Duesberg found isolated the first cancer gene, but has serious question about tackling AIDS with epidemiology. He has been more or less blacklisted for this book. I found it fascinating.-- All the flaming and trolls of wreck dot with a pretty GUI.
Casurf1978 0 #83 October 13, 2004 Checked out his website and bought the book on Amazon, it's 500 plus pages so give me a while to read it. His theory sounds really intresting though.
Michele 1 #84 October 13, 2004 QuoteHis theory sounds really intresting though. Especially the part where, if you wear your beanie in the ocean, the salt water will interact with it and perhaps keep all those sharks away! Now, a shark bite could ruin your vacation at the shore, to be sure. Always beeing prepared to "fight". And if it's only viva-voce . Id did not deny your freedom of anything in total. I said "no right to criticize that women..." as I admit what she is doing under very hard conditions. That's all. If you want to take it personally, enjoy it. And if you like to fight, do it until eternity, ca m'est égal. Quote As some others are fond of saying here... "Noice."
