Rebecca 0 #26 October 4, 2004 QuoteBoth W and Kerry are Douchebags. The trick is to pick the less soiled/used of the two. Yes, I know. QuoteI already voted absentee, so I can truthfully say I no longer give a fuck. Well, then, that's good. Doesn't answer my question though. Turtle? Where are you? Will you please come shoot this horse already? you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?
turtlespeed 226 #27 October 4, 2004 It is simply the number of mistruths in his attempt to outlie bush in the debate.I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun
kelel01 1 #28 October 4, 2004 I like the way you used the word "attempt" there. So I'm assuming he failed at outlieing Bush?

Turtle, if you're going to copy cute catchphrases, you might want to post the website you got them from -- otherwise, people might think you had to listen to Kerry to come up with this. Much better to let them think you just ran with what someone else posted. Wendy W.There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)
Rebecca 0 #32 October 4, 2004 I used the same structure, as have millions of others before us in an attempt to mimic the comic store guy from the Simpsons. Anyway... Yeah, he stretched it here and there and so did Bush - I read an analysis that said while neither outright lied, they both omitted, exaggerated and stretched. Even if they both only did it once, or 16 vs. 17, or whatever, they both mislead. Big f'in deal. THAT was your grand point? OK, new rule: no more guessing games unless in the Bonfire. Sheesh. you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?
billvon 3,120 #33 October 4, 2004 >It is simply the number of mistruths in his attempt to outlie bush in the debate. That reminds me of the "76 (or however many) lies in Farenheight 9/11" website. I read that site, and realized they said things like: Lie 17. (This one wasn't in the movie, but Moore said it beforehand.) . . . Lie 31. (This isn't really a lie, but it can be misinterpreted.) . . . Lie 34. (This is really true, but most people misunderstood it.) . . . Lie 41. (I couldn't verify this, but it's probably false.) Sort of invalidated the site. Which is too bad - he did lie in that movie, but when the people who try to dispute them can't be honest themselves, you end up with no good data.
