Opinions on the O'Reilly Interview?

Recommended Posts

(Warning: tangent)

Funny O'Reilly story from AP today:

A few weeks back O'Reilly was on Jon Stewart's Comedy Central show, and he said this:

"You know what's really frightening? You actually have an influence on this presidential election. That is scary, but it's true. You've got stoned slackers watching your dopey show every night and they can vote."

Ironically, CC viewers are more likely to have completed four years of college than people who watch "The O'Reilly Factor," per Nielsen Media Research.

In defence of Mr. O, the comment about the daily show was that John Stuart has a lot of influence even though the show is comedy....

Stuarts response was quite funny too.
He said the election will be decided by the "undecided voters". Who better than the stoners... they can't decide anything... Ice cream or pretzles....

Back to your question...
I think that, so far, O'Reilly's asked some excellent questions, some that challenged Bush and others that allowed him to show his good points. And I think that, when the challenging questions came up, Bush gave good answers. I think he seemed relaxed and confident and honest.
One thing I'd like to see is O'Reilly interview John Kerry. I'd like to see if he's as relaxed and friendly and open as Bush was.

That is a given.

What is REALLY going to suck is when Theresa starts doing the "I'm First Lady" thing and goes on a crusade - Not against Illiteracy, Not against drugs, not even against health care . . . but the noble crusade that Nieman Marcus hould be In EVERY MALL ACROSS THE USA!
I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama
