I don't know how it will work exactly here but in Iran YOU have to deposit money with the bank for a set amount of time after which you get the original money back plus X amount more. Despite being married to an Iranian lady I still don't know exactly how this sytem works, suffice it to say it works well enough for my inlaws to have nice cars and lovely homes.
