Navy Contradicts Kerry on Release of Military Records

Okay, first Kerry says all his records are posted. Then he says he posted all the records they (the Navy) sent him. He ask them for his records, and posted all they sent him.

There are 31 pages being withheld because he hasn't signed a SF 180, release of personnel records.

Now here is where the spin doesn't work. If you, as a veteran, request your military records...the military sends them to you. FOIA restrictions don't apply to the owner of the records. So are we to believe that the Kerry Campaign sent a FOIA request to the Department of the Navy to release their candidates records? Hello???

So, now it's the Navy's fault that all of John Kerry's Navy records aren't on his web site?
