The US sends money to Isreal "as long as it is not used for ..." ... can be expansion or on the west bank or what ever. Hell it is easy to say "see your money went for head start programs." The local tax money that would have gone for these programs went to build the wall. If we send money to anyone who is doing something we officailly disagree with we are still supporting that thing.
