What will their excuses be?

Recommended Posts

Just wondering what excuses the Liberals will spew when they are beaten in November. What do you guys think? SBVFT? Stupid Americans not knowing right from wrong? Michael Moore....errrr wait...he's their hero...can't blame him.

What do you think the excuses we will be hearing on these boards come November will be?

Probably the same as those still defending the WMD's standpoint. Don't let your hostility show through so much, it's not an appealing characteristic.

Anyway, here's a fresh perspective...I believe no matter who wins the candidate will bring both good and bad to the country. Neither is ideal, but neither is totally useless either. In the end, I honestly wonder how much difference it'll really make who wins.

Meh - the "Voting Police" will make sure Kerry wins.:P

J/K - I stall am curious as to what they think they will be able to do.

They don't even speak "Chad"

I don't think they will HAVE an excuse... There has never been more of a grassroots upswell of negative opinion about a sitting president (by his campaign's own admission); if they can't manage to take advantage of that to unseat him, then they have no one to blame but themselves. Much like the way they lost 2000 election, though no one wants to admit it.

I hope they blame me. Publicly. I hope they go on national television and scream about what a JACKASS I am and how badly they hate me. Especially Jack$on, $harpton, and Jack $weeney.

Alas...I'm not that well known...

I think that if they do lose this time around - and I believe that they shall do so - they will blame Republican smear tactics. They'd be partially correct in doing so, as the RNC has run some negative ads, but that won't be the whole reason.

I agree; but unfortunately the smear ads have become politics as usual for both sides. I am sure the Republicans would blame Michael Moron, MoveOn.org, et.al. if they lose (which I am kind of still 50/50 on if I had to guess who was going to)...

Quite frankly, IF the Dems had a decent candidate (which they don't), I believe it would be a lock. It's Al Gore all over again.

I can only go on international coverage but Kerry seems like the Torys are in the UK. They've got the best opportunity in years to make a comeback yet they are pissing it up the wall by not getting across the message of whatever it is they stand for in a way thats going to make people vote for them.

And Kerry himself just doesn't look the part of President of the most powerful nation on the planet to me. He looks far too saggy, miserable and knackered.

TF, smear campaigns have always been around. Take some time and research oh, Samual Adams, Hamilton, Burr, or Franklin. Or even just go back to the late 1800's, and Hayes. Or check out the "Log Cabin and Cider" campaigns for a good story on spin.

It's funny in a sad sort of way, to realize that smear campaigns are just a normal part of the political process.

I'm not interested so much in that as I am in what they will say when so-called "assault weapon" use does not appreciably increase after we get back our right to have flash suppressors, pistol grips, bayonet mounts, and 15-round magazines.

These liberal idiots better get ready with some quick excuses, because they're about to look reeeeally reeeeally stupid all over again.

Amazing how they never seem to mind that.

Only 5 days left (or is it 4 now?) until the beginning of the mayhem, mass murder, etc . . . I know I can't wait to go and bayonet my neighbor.

George Bush promised his clerk he'd get Christmas off, damnit! He promised then he made the clerk work on Christmas anyway. That's just not fair.

If you think that's bad, you should hear what Bill Clinton had interns doing! :o

If Kerry does happen to win, there will be one positive side effect: tunaplanet will pretty much be a gone-ass from Speaker's Corner. ;)B|

Are you kidding me? With all the things that Kerry would no doubt fuck up to write about?! We'd be entrenched here!
