Drivel - yes absolute drivel, that's my very point. But it's not an argument I have made, but one made by Bush supporters. You are allowed to say that one argument made by the people who support the same candidate as you is nonsensical if you feel it is.

I answered your question, It is drivel, because still you can say in the press, radio and whereever you want, just like most people who dislike him, that his is a moron, he stole elections, he is a war criminal, he is a brown shirt, without the fear of reprisals.

What don't you look into the lawsuits by Skerry? Do you think that goes well with the term democracy?

In a wartime situation things change. It's unacceptable to break into someone's house and shoot them in the US right now (well, unless you're the police or something). But if you're a soldier, and someone told you that the house is a haven for the enemy, and that YOU have to do something NOW or your buddies will die, I'll bet that the definition of unacceptable changes.

And I'll bet that you don't go checking the ROE to see just how far you have to put yourself into danger to determine whether they are enemy or neutral.

I'll bet that a whole lot of other people did the same things; they just never really considered it to be wrong.

I don't think it's a highlight of his career; on the other hand, his willingness to examine his past actions critically shows an openmindedness that I admire. Setting your course and not deviating come hell or high water is only good if it's really the right course, and sometimes getting additional information means that you change your course.

Wendy W.

Wendy, no disrespect but LMAO...It is ok for Kerry to be a war criminal, do the things such as rape, mutilation of bodies, burning villages, all those things that are not part of a direct confrontation of the enemy the same thing as mistaken enemy forces? Yes, you took the villages (your buddies were not in clear and present danger mind you), hey guys, lets rape them goochies, and just wast them all!!!.

And you get all upset about a the abuse at abughraib by few soldiers who are currently in process of court martial? Well, I bet you they would not be your cup of tea for a long while.

You don't understand the responsibility of someone who signs those papers, if he is an "officer" like skerry was, his responsibility is the double, to be lawful to his men and to his country, not if's buts or maybes. Nowadays officers get chewed by exponencially less, and get court martialed.

Letter to Al Gore.
Actual Gore's speech
The actual meaning of Al Gore's "brown shirts"

I am surprised you need to ask that question, but maybe that did not happen in Germany did it?[:/]

Nope a new word derived from Scary and Kerry, mixed-blended as you would like...

And that is actually for a few Nekkid pictures in compromising postures. All prisioners look well fed, but in funny costumes, no comparison. I like the batman one. Reminds me of a poor attempt of a birdman suit, that with the loose strings (can't see if they are cables), could actually hand the guy on the ceiling and play like one of those toy planes....
