Sinkster 0 #26 September 4, 2004 Your right, I apologize for insulting the intelligence of people there. Everyone I talked to liked it, but I only talked to a small few. Glad to hear that. Btw, I ended up visiting Koln. Very nice! Had some awesome beer at a mircobrewery of some kind there with bratwurst and saurkraut. Love German beer! No, actually you were not insulting anyone, my comment was much more like kidding you It simply was my experience: Most people I know disliked that movie . This was not question of actual elections in the US, just noticed there is a man shitting in his own nest, making money with that . And after a certain time, that movie got boring..... Love German beer Beer of Cologne is delicious and basic foodstuffs! And we have so many various beers... Of course, Cologne is showing much more than this When "did you end" here to Koln? Just curious (even it's a little off-topic ? ) Cheers, Christel dudeist skydiver # 3105
Sinkster 0 #28 September 5, 2004 hehe, I think I was there Aug 31 but the actual date is kinda hazy. oh yeah, I also gleefully noticed that in general, beer is cheaper than water in germany! My only complaint about germany is having to pay for bags to carry food out at a supermarket in berlin. The cashier was yelling at me in german for taking bags and I was like wtf? then realized after she pointed to a sign that I had to pay like 25 cents for one. A funny scene for the people in line behind me I'm sure. Oh yeah another time I got stuck in a bathroom because the gate where u pay money to go in and then leave from wouldn't open for me and I had to climb over it cuz I couldn't figure out how to open it. This is big deal here: Not too many years ago, it was quite usual just to pick up a plastic bag and..leave. Today: It's the industry requesting money from the shops, simply the end user has to pay for that! I think, we are the only poor fools in Western Europe. I never saw it somewhere else. Damned techniques: But that's international ! In Disneyland Paris it happend to my son and me: can you imagine the folks behind us, waiting since hours in the summer heat, and stupid mom was unable to move the turnstile ? dudeist skydiver # 3105
 Prev 1 2 Next Page 2 of 2 Join the conversation You can post now and register later.
