Trust me, I fully understand that. But again, I don't vote on a single issue. As a matter of fact you're talking to a liberal who usually votes for more republicans than democrats.

Democrats (not 'liberals') must absolutely hate you for being a thinking person on issues. It's a tough stance to take nowadays. Good Luck. (Absolutely sincere here).

So lemme get this strait :

You voted democrat - before - you voted republican ?

or was it the other way around?:P

Good point. We need voters willing to "flip" and throw out the bums face first with a "flop."

Of course, that really works much better when the politicians don't steal the flip and the flop. :P

Eh, rugers have always put useless shit on their handguns. Just look at their new .45

The thing has all kinds of indicators and deactivators and whatnot.

"Ruger Camblock design, loaded chamber indicator, internal lock and mag disconnect," etc etc etc etc :S

Won't even bother to look -- I already know I just don't like Rugers.

I hate magazine disconnects. I don't see any reason for loaded-chamber indicators, I don't trust internal locks, and I don't care enough about this camblock design to investigate it.

Damn right!

I love Glocks for my use. One thing that scares me about them though is when they are in the hands of the uneducated. Was watching COPS and a cop was covering a guy in a traffic stop with his finger IN the trigger guard. [:/]

That's because the grip on a Glock is VERY reminiscent of a 2x4 ;) I tried one and just couldn't get used to the grip.

I'll stick with my 1911's, thanks...
