Unbiased coverage

No it isn't. Just ask anyone from CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS . . .

I have asked. Every time I do, I get an acknowledgement that of course it's biased.

It has to be biased. By definition its biased. Read some Marshall McLuhan, or Noam Chomsky and you'll understand that every medium has bias. Start with McLuhans' "The Medium is the Massage". [sic]

When I ask media professionals about Bias they always acknowledge it exists, but always claim to do everything possible to mitigate it.

Some are more successful than others. Some, I think - are being disingenuous and don't fight it as much as they should.

I think you may see some ad buys on some of the lesser news sites, but I doubt you'll see anything like this on any of the other major network news sites.

Go to the New York Times web site. Every morning I look at an ad talking about buying GWB a bus ticket back to TX. Same story different players. (Knowing my luck it's probably not there today -- left wing conspiracy to attack my credibility on DZ.com no doubt).

you left out npr, national commie radio. I hate my tax money going to them. Just the other day I hear a rant from one of their "reporters" about forest in the us on the decline. The facts are there are more forests in the us then in the 1900's.

Fox and Cnn are there to make money, they do that by selling ads. They sold ads space, end of story.

I'll make a deal with you. Since all the money is pooled together anyway, we'll pretend that my share of taxes is going to NPR, and yours is going to subsidize logging companies. Ok?
