You don't necessarily have to be religious in order to possess a sense of decency and morals. I'm quite sure that it's not just the religious folk who might think that people covering themselves up is good thing. I'm also pretty sure that it's also not just the religious people who are setting or agreeing with rules like this. By the way, why must one be fat and sexually repressed in order to be religious?

Does that apply across the board? Do we set our standards to the point that there is no one anywhere offended by something? All those people that are offended by fur should get to have fines levied everytime a fur coat is on TV, those people that are offended by people eating meat should see fines levied on stations for showing meat right?

Do we set standards that are living breathing standards that can adjust as the standards of the culture evolve or do we set them at a level that can offend no one? Or should the standards be so they protect some that might be offended, but not everyone right?

Much of this comes from the beliefs that people have which revolved out of religious stuff way back when. The sad thing is that the people who made up these rules were escaping from rules imposed upon them.

I find daily that people are very willing to be hypocritical when it suits their own needs.

I could be wrong but I don't believe it mentions "boobies" per say. However, it does make reference to women and men covering up and dressing appropriately in reference to chastity. Of course, in some cultures, "boobies" aren't considered to be the sexual focus of desire that we in our culture make them out to be. "I like boobies!" I think that, for the most part, those that are that way are farther detached from Christianity.

If 'chastity' is the reason to cover girlboobies, how about necks since that can be way more eroginous than boobies? Or lips since they can be kissed? I would think that the Biblical reference would be more geared toward those pieces parts which can directly cause pregnancy or become pregnant. I never heard of a boobal pregnancy Mental note to check back issues of the National Enquirer to confirm that though.

To the poster who liked girl boobies better (sorry, can't remember who offhand. I'm old.) Even as a completely straight girl, I think for the most part girl boobies are more asthetically pleasing parts than boyboobies. Especially men who need bigger bras than I do!
