Botellines 0 #6 July 9, 2004 What is the point of that web site? It may be cultural diferences here, but what i understood is that the webpage is not about 9/11, but about your fears and revenge. That web is not respecting the memories of those who fell that day, for they are being used for political purposes. Here in Madrid, no political party talks about those who fell in the trains their bashing goes into another directions. There is some monuments in their memory, but they are not being used and their families are being left alone. Again, it could be cultural diferences No honor for those who wrote the web, IMHO. Let the bashing begin...
ThighMan 5 #7 July 9, 2004 With the elections here in the U.S., things are a whole lot different. We watch the rest of the world and try to set an example. Not the best one at times, but we try.Airborne Blue Skies, No Wind Feet and Knees Together
Gawain 0 #8 July 9, 2004 To say that there was no politics involved in 3/11 train attacks in Madrid is a touch naive. A mere three days later, your national elections replaced the government. The politicians may not have spoken a word, but to think they didn't dip their fingers in the water is absurd. So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light!
