PhillyKev 0 #1 May 7, 2004 Chris Rock is alleging that CC, who owned the promoter, venue, and ticket agent for one of his shows held back some tickets from sale at the price of $100 with he was contractually entitled to set. They siphoned those tickets off to a third party ticket agency (a/k/a scalper) that yes, they owned, and sold them for $400. Man, what a racket.
