I've been watching a lot of that trial on Court TV during the day.

I can't believe it. This is another "OJ" jury...

He took out a shotgun, loaded a round in it, and snapped the action shut, while pointing it at the victim.

Even if you buy the argument that the gun went off "accidentally" and his finger wasn't on the trigger, that's still negligent homicide.

You don't intentionally point loaded guns at people whom you don't intend to kill!

And this is why gun ownership should require training and a license. You learned the lesson as it was taught. Mr. Celebrity probably never heard the lesson.
