chuteless 1 #1 April 28, 2004 IF Kerry were ever to be President, what do you think he would do with Iraq. Would he tuck the tail of the USA between his hind legs and run? Would he stay and fight? Would he try to negotiate with the air head murderers? Would he unilaterally pull all troops out and bring em home? and try to get some oil for the USA. What do you think Kerry would do. As for Bush..I. believe he will win a second term, and will smash Iraq if need be. Bill Cole

I say " Give ema daisy cutter" Bill Cole Bush's rationale for invading Iraq (given in the State of the Union Address, January 2003) was false. The US invaded a sovereign nation that had not threatened the US, nor was any actual threat to the US, under false pretenses. The US killed some 10,000 civilians in the process, and continues to kill civilians. And you call the Iraqis who don't like being occupied by this foreign invader "insurgents".... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.
turtlespeed 226 #7 April 29, 2004 And your plan is? back to the thread - Kerry would relenquish the power of the United States of America to the UN. They would then start instigating legislation of a one world government controlled by mostly european powers. The healthcare system would become socialist. The welfare system would grow and encourage more people to lay on thier asses and not work - the economy would turn violently from a recovery to recession or even depression. Everyone that made over 50k / year would be supporting all us that don't with thier taxes. All this and so much more - Mmmmm at least we will have a future with Bush. I don't know about youu - but if you are in a fight - i would want to finish it - not Puss out like Kerry did and will do again. He's a pussy - always has been a pussy and always will be a pussy. Stand up for what you believe in. That is what I want a President to be. He Said this: "Personaly, I'm against abortion, it's just Politically I am for it." - Kerry (Aproximate Quote) WTF - Make up your mind - do what you think is right - not what might get you more power to abuse.I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun
billvon 3,116 #8 April 29, 2004 >What do you think Kerry would do. Why not read his position rather than guess? From his website: Level with the American people. Supply our military commanders with the additional troops requested. Launch a diplomatic strategy that will work. Establish an international mission to ensure stability and set up elections. Transform U.S. Force into a NATO Security Force commanded by an American, and bring in other countries. >As for Bush..I. believe he will win a second term, and will smash Iraq if need be. I believe you are right, for two reasons. One, the economy will continue to recover, and people care far more about themselves than anything that has to do with foreign policy. Two, I overheard a conversation in a store the other day between two 20ish year old women: "Are you voting in November?" "I dunno. Are you? Who are you voting for?" "Bush. Kerry wants us to pay for the Iraq war but Bush will pay for it himself." Push enough such lies and his victory is all but guaranteed.
rehmwa 2 #9 April 29, 2004 Quote> One, the economy will continue to recover, and people care far more about themselves than anything that has to do with foreign policy. possible translation - "The average person is too stupid to make the right decisions. That's why things are so much better in a monarchy or aristocracy or dictatorship." Why isn't a healthy economy good for the world? Some think that if free enterprise is allowed, people's personal desires would drive behaviors that do benefit all in the long term... Makes sense, since most social manipulations seems to consistenty have the opposite affect of the original good intentions.... ...
