Nope. Bush had intel that the rest of us were denied, and Bush ignored or suppressed intel contrary to his position.

These included Bush's statements of a partnership between Iraq and Al Qa'ida, that Saddam Hussein was preparing to give weapons of mass destruction to terrorist groups, and Iraq's capability to produce chemical weapons.


And blood isn't on everybody's hand - some of us were opposed to the war from the beginning (and are on record as being opposed).
