Blue skies no wind and I'm stuck at work

Recommended Posts

Can you believe this? We have been hammered with winter for what seems like forever here in the North East. Today is by far the best day we've had all year and I'm stuck at work. I'd rather be skydiving!

You think that's bad? I am NOT working today and the weather is BEAUTIFUL! But the LAME tandems that were supposed to come out to the DZ cancelled and so there are not enough bodies to get the plane off the ground! I am writhing in pain! Get me airborne!

Yeah, lummy is right, I think you are suffering from altitude withdrawal and need to fix this quickly! Symptoms include general moodiness and irritability dealing with whuffos, and a pain in your neck from gazing up at blue skies going to waste.
Buy 2 Jump Tickets and call me in the morning (to tell me about the jumps natch).

(almost perfectly) clear blue skys, sun shining brightly, nice and comfortable temps in the hanger, and 4 hours at the dz without a jump today :( darned winds were a bit weird today, and the dz wasnt that busy. But its okay, worked on my packing skills (or lack therefore of :) , practiced my procedures, all that good stuff. Hey, the days are getting longer, the sun is shining brighter, and the temperatures are getting warmer.... lots more perfect jumping days to come.. No worries. :)
