I believe people would be much better off if they concentrated more on their breathing. by better off I mean happier and more relaxed... you know when you see little neked kids running around and you can see their stomachs get big and small when they breathe... thats how humans start out breathing, correctly..down deep from the diafram...as we get older stress along other things cause us to breathe up in the chest, shorter breaths :( lack of oxygen is really the leading cause of most health problems, some may argue different, but why*deep breath* pleaseI love you Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
