lazerq3 0 #1 April 14, 2001 Yeeaaaahhhh!!! Just got back from doing my level 3 and 4 AFF jumps. HOLY S@#T this skydiving stuff is the altimate!! Level 3 went real good . Good exit, got stable and went through the dive sequence. Clean pull at 5000 and poooof chute over head. the canopy ride was the greatest, however I was up there forever (240 canopy and winds of 14 knots) perfect stand up landing 30 out form dead center of peas.Level 4 went even better good exit , got stable, COA, 1PRCP , 2 toe taps, and the next thing I know the JM is out in front of me. THat was the coolest feeling to be out there on your own, started to turn slightly to the left but countered. JM had to bump me once to stop another slight lft turn but regained stablility and flew out the rest of the dive. OPENING was a little harder than the first but still sweeeet. Another standup landing after an early flare about 30 to 40 from dead center. weather permitting on to level 5,6 &7 tomorrow (knock on wood)hope evey has a safe and happy friday the 13, and happy birthday sis!!!!!!!!JASON

Iflyme 0 #6 April 14, 2001 Sounds like good clean fun to me, Jason! 3 jumps tomorrow?!? That's more than I usually get in... go for it!!!Frank
lazerq3 0 #7 April 14, 2001 Iflyme,THats the most jumps theyll allow for student in a day. Like I said in the past I've been saving up for the hole coarse so when I went in I paid in full and so as soon as I can get down on the ground at get trained for the next level its back up in the air. And for the people starting check and see if you get a discount if you pay in full!!! Here its 40.00 off the coarse price. Granted 40 isnt much but its still extra jump money saved!!!jason
Iflyme 0 #8 April 14, 2001 Hey, Skreamer, how many J/Ts is that? For me, $40 gets me a jump ticket and 3 bucks change... soon, though, verrryyyy soon, I'll complete the final requirements for my B licence, and when I get that, a J/T will = $27. Better, but still too much... Hey! Lookit that -- I'm an old hand now... I wonder what's next???
