The strength test - defined

Ok everyone- the object of the strength test is pretty simple - to see how strong you are. Here is what you have to do IN ORDER AND YOU BETTER NOT SKIP A STEP OR I WILL KNOW.
Follow carefully with as many witnesses as possible.
1. Sit in your chair
2. If your right handed, place your right forearm on your right leg, half way between the knee and hip, and half way between the wrist and elbow, with your palm facing upward.
If your left handed, do the same but with your left extremities.
3. Make a fist, and position your wrist so that you can see the viens bulging up.
4. Take your other hand, reach around and put the tops of your fingers on your leg, toward the knee, squeezing your first wrist with your thumb over the viens in your wrist as hard as you can.
5. here is the tricky part, keep a tight fist, squeeze the wrist hard with your oppposite hand, and hold it there for 18 seconds or so.
6 Dont let go, once you have counted to 18 , first see how far you can move the clinched wrist first away from your body, then toward your knee.
7. Move your wrist back and forth as fast as you can, squeezing hard with both hands.
How good are you?
Note: This has been converted to a self strength test for obvious reasons. Try this on all your friends at the dz. Instead of having the wrist on their leg, hold thier wrist with you squeezing a little lower than waist high. Make sure to let them kno0w how good it feels.
If you dont get it by now, you're either doing it wrong or you need help.

This reminds me of the stomache muscle test (its got a medical name but i cant remember it). The Wild Humans CRW team showed it to me on friday and boy was it hilarious! You lay on your back and somebody holds you down by placing a cloth (tee shirt works great all rolled up) over your face, pulling you to the ground. you squeeze your abdomin muscles, trying to fight your way up without bending your legs. Finally they release the pressure and you try to sit up.... Then the joke comes in. pretty funny.

luckily the guys had taken a liking to me and didnt allow me to go "blindly where no man has ever gone before..." they took the towel off my eyes and i opened them and all i saw was ______!!!! damn did i lay down and get in the fetal position fast! it was hilarious.

Ahhh, the good old sit up trick. We did that at a party to a girl no one knew. We made her close her eyes and rubbed her temples for 1 minute, and bet her she couldn't do a situp w/ her eyes still closed. Not only did she fall for it, she had no idea what she ran into and did two situps before opening her eyes! Guess she had the last laugh. Ha Ha
