That's what I thought at first, but look closely. You can see that something left wet stripes running down the leg too. If ya had a case of the squirts, and were scared, ya just might let a little go before being dropped... and then EEEEEEEEEEWWWWWW!
Who knows for sure. It might be fake, but it's still funny to me .
