DZBone 0 #2 June 26, 2001 The only problem with this is that you have to go to Florida in July.To simulate the experience, stand in a sauna, turn the humidity to 150%, add vicious biting flies, chiggers and aligators, and put in a tape of shock reality news programming.Oh, and make some great skydives at Perris or Eloy. Look at the bright side-you'd be skydiving!!!!! Brought to you by someone who went skydiving today in Deland, sweated my ass off, but had an awesome time!Andrea"Up high, I feel like I'm alive for the very first time"

Gets a bit busy at times, but not so much this time of year.. Which airplane you jump - the "Supersonic Otter" or the "Rocketvan"? Now you know why I was starting to get ready at 8k down there in Seb.. Mike
skymedic 0 #11 June 27, 2001 Michele- Andrea, Mike, and I get to jump all year round too. so there. :)Andrea- I dont remember seeing ya, but then again wasnt really looking. I was the guy who dropped like a rock(right mike?) but definately would be interested in the 4-way!!! Mike- yeah DeLand was OK. No complaints here. The view wasnt as nice but any skydive is better than no skydive. and cant complain about the 20 minute drive compared to sebastian. Yes, I understand why you were getting ready at 8K now. by the way had fun last weekend even if ya couldn't keep up!!!marc

Marc and JT will be falling like bricks, and Mike, Carrie and I will be arching like crazy. I can't wait! I can fall fast, or fall slow, as needed.. I just didn't expect Marc to fall THAT fast, so I wasn't dressed appropriately.. Need a fast fall rate? I'll just jump in shorts and t-shirt.. Slow rate? Freefly suit.. Oh, that reminds me.. You guys need to learn to freefly by then, so we can do that too.. Mike
mouth 0 #14 June 27, 2001 JT says it is just a Georgia thing about being slow, but I look up at lots of formations and JT was gone before I could get a hand on him. I swear the boy has bricks in his shoes. When is everyone getting together in Deland....I may try and crash the party as well if that is ok!!??

We're meeting at Deland on Aug.4-5. Come on down and join the party.Mike- I can freefly...I've done it twice. You just better be able to stay out of my way. LOL!Andrea"Up high, I feel like I'm alive for the very first time"
