Dutchboy 0 #1 July 8, 2001 I had quite the aviation day yesterday. Drove up to Atlanta Air Sportz in Rome, GA with my brother-in-law who was doing his 1st jump. Drove back home and got a plane and flew back later to pick up his video. Most awesome 1st jump video I've ever seen, and I've seen allot (you rock Eric!). I was supposed to chase them and dock, but I was very late getting out the door. I should have been positioned differently, but now I know that for next time. Since I couldn't catch them before breakoff I just went down near them and watched them deploy. Then I tracked about 100 ft directly in front of them. It was awesome.Flew back home, ate, and then drove to another airport for an instrument flying lesson. Flew approaches at three other airports, including Rome.I drove from this airport back to Rome and did a 4-way night jump at about 3am!
