robzay 0 #1 July 20, 2001 What is an SCR and an SCS? I should know this but I can't find it anywhere. Someone help the ignorant!!Robert
pyke 0 #2 July 20, 2001 I don't have one, but I believe it stands for Star Crest Recipient and Star Crest Soloist.you get the SCR if you participate in an 8 way as part of the baseyou get the SCS if you go into the 8 way something like 6th or later.I don't think they mean much, since just about anyone can be held in a base for others to dock on, and I don't know how hard it would be for some to miss a 5-7 way base, but I suppose an SCS would be better than an SCR. I know I am going to make enemies here, but oh well, I don't see the point of the awards anyway. Either you can fly or you can't. Awards like these don't say much to me. Since I know people with them and they screw up 3 and 4 ways!!Kahurangi e Mahearangi,Pyke NZPF A - 2584USPA C- ?????
