"in reply to"

Recommended Posts

Ok, I am a computer guy and I can't seem to figure this out. When you reply to a message, some people include what they are replying to in their post. So the top of the reply reads "in reply to" and a couple
lines that enclose all or part of the original message. Well howd' they do that?

Alright master, that was pretty easy (I was just too lazy to read through the faq first). But... lets see if you are really "with it" Pyke. How do you use markup to include an image source with your post? I know you can put a picture in with your profile, but what if I want to include a different image?

Alright you have a point there, an image is technically a file (and I had read that you can't attach files to your post)... but sometimes certain types of files will be allowed to filter through. gif and jpg files are harmless, so I thought they would be allowed... sounds like I was wrong about that. Thanks,
jhus
