PalmettoTiger 1 #2 July 28, 2001 In retrospect, it was not a good idea to make this post. The weather got progressively worse as I drove to the DZ, to the point where the CASA couldn't even land. They (aircraft crew and teams from Louisburg) had to divert to Charleston. My soon-to-be ex-whuffo German exchange student got through the waivers and only had to ask for clarification twice, but we spent the rest of the time twiddling our thumbs and watching the rain come down.
