chickenhawk420 0 #1 August 16, 2001 Hi, real first time newbie here, lookin for some help. Ive done 2 jumps to date one tandem and one static (i was meant to do aff 1 but the dude broke his leg, so i was offerred 2 jumps for the price of one, thanks to merlin parachute centre for one hell of a cool weekend :) Two years l8tr and coldturkey aint goin too well, my bloods boilling and i need a fix. So i decided to do my aff plus 10 currency jumps over in the states (ok im unemployed at the momement, so looks like im gonna have to do that workin thing and save some cash, shudder) Good luck omri, some money this way would be appreciated :)I have thought of a place to go skydive university, heard good things plus windtunnel, but can anyone think of somewhere better? What do u think? Plus i was talkin to a guy that got his aff done in the states by working at the DZ (sometime just sweeping) now to someone with no or little cash this sounds pretty good. But how do u get a job like this? Has anyone done or heard of similar things? How do u turn something like skydiving into a means to money (or free skydives for everyone and i dont need cash, don't think its gonna happen but fingers crossed). Ive heard of stunt work, instructoring, or even how do u go about becomin a pilot at dropzones? Thanks for listening to my rambling, tell me wat u think + know. Finally ive heard alot about the birdman suit which looks awersome (even zero vertical velocity, is that possible?)but nothing about hard winged chutes? It was on tommorrows world (i hears ur shouts of geek, but hey) and it was a chute which performed closer to a fixed hard wing including some pretty cool loops but i have heard nothing since?Hotdives, blueskies and a crate of beer

They've got the verical speed down to 17mph when they flared the new type of wingsuit. Somebody's gonna be landing one of them soon without a rig !!
