Well lookie who is back on the boards... Hello, everyone...
Since I DID NOT GET TO GO to Summerfest with my very best friends in the whole world. Levin, Trey and oh yeah..ScRamon. Then Wayne was outta town. Crud. But not we could have done alot.
But Levin called and told me all about how much fun it was and ScRamon lost his main in a corn field. Me? .... I went down with mine. And Ida done it in a corn field too. However, I AM the only one sitting around during Summerfest AT HOME with BROKEN BONES. So, then I tried to get this dude from an hour away from Ottawa to go over in his ultra light to look for it, btw. Yeah, met him on the net.
Levin called you guys were ok and made it to the hotel. Then later I found out, Trey was havin a blast. and #1 Ramon were ok but had a cutaway, #2 were not in jail and neither was Trey, so far. #3 All of you juys where having tons of fun and thats all good.
Oh Yeah, Hey I got your message -Scramone, like after you had slept some -after you got back, and was real grippey.. I think it was "That is the stupidest message greeting I have ever heard, Levin! get up and take me to my car." That was almost like it, I think. And Trey called when he got back to check on me. Its not like I had a broken foot, leg and shredded knee ligaments with my very serious but not too deadly -ground malfunction. (I did go to the hospital 4 hours later I had to talk to somebody in Norway 1st, time difference is major) Yeah so anyway... I got a new CAMERA and HELMET and I took my very 1st video and it was excellent on but it was my last jump since the 29th of July!!! cuz - that one was the problem with the ground dealio.
Can you add the cases of beer here? 1st camera, 1st camera jump, 1st set of 4 stress fractures of the foot and 1st crack off the ole tibia trick, and to topper off how about we finish up those tiny tears of former ligaments from other sports in the same leg. Right ....B4...... Summerfest!
I was all worried as usual about the guys, driving straight thru, juimping and ...Ramon and landings, well that one that is like an endless loop in my head, that I had the fantastic view of, unfortunately. Now, THAT was a ground malfunction. .... heh... My crash was quick but inevitable, you just already know you are going in for a bad one. Not like you can cut away from a bad landing. Dang it! From take off to that last freaking 18 feet, I am so awesome, but then Yikes! (I can prove it, shyeah! come on over to the dark side where I jump, scardy cat) ...What is this Wreck Dot? ..oops..
Oh Levin... Roomie, thanks for the SUMMERFEST 2001 T-SHIRTS!! He is so great, he is like the greatest freeflyer in the Houston airspace, ....you know till my fractured leg can heal up and I am back. LOL
Crap, what am I talking about I can always go to see my Home Boy Cyber over at the Boogie in Georgia, and swing by and get SkyBaby, too. hehehe ...Man Cyber, you couldnt handle it !!! Not both of us !! Hell no! BTW, ..Hey..Do you have any good looking friends, or have you pissed them all off since I havent been on this side of the web lately? (Dang, got kinda freaky in here.)

Well, .... we had already arrived at Plan B airport when we figured out one of us was a student and the other was none other than our own personal DZ Newbie... ScRamon himself on one of his first trips to that DZ. ...Oops, what did we say, Did we say anything weird during the drive over? Nah, We were just singin.
However,,,,,, Summer fest, I can always see all Levins landings on video and then Olav & Rook and ...hell I run into them all the time. ......Shyeah?, Rook check your email for the picture I took, I had a street named after you here in Houston.

Did they make it, TO SUMMERFEST, where do you think Levin was callin home from... oh I probably was incoherent. That was like yesterday er something.
I finally after almost 2 weeks of using Levins computer .... found all the drivers and adapters and lost files to make MY system whole again. Well, almost now I have to fix the sound card so I can hear SkyBaby buzzin me before she takes off -in search of- !

I'm right here (or at the DZ). Same as always.
Been doing the Yin/Yang thing with RW & freefly. Fair amount of RW lately. I'm pretty stable in a sit now so I've been trying head down. Ramon gave me a tip that I tried on the last jump yesterday that seemed to help. Been playing with Matt, one of the newer (but pretty good) freefliers as well.
Now get better and do what your doctor tells you!
