dove 0 #1 August 30, 2001 All my friends on DZ.com who have shown so much concern and support for me while I heal. Especially my injured comrade Merrick for the wonderful card. You have all been so inspiring and I can't believe how often I am smiling despite the pain (and aggravation of being grounded!)The previously mentioned Larsen & Brusgaard for the free replacement Pro-Track - even though it is not their fault my helmet came off! And Roy of Rigs & Things - who absolutely WILL NOT let me pay for my replacement helmet - no matter how hard I try! And goodness knows he had nothing to do with my accident at all! Remember him next time you need any piece of skydiving equipment - buy your L&B audible from him!!!!!Anyhow - I am doing SOOOOOO much better. I am really excited about getting well and getting airborne again. Thanks again to everyone for keeping my spirits up.Love, dove
Slappie 9 #2 August 30, 2001 I'm so glad you are doing better. I wish there was something I could do to make the pain and the longing for the air go away. Dova you'll be back up with us ASAP I'm sure of it. Take care hun and smile when you look in the sky knowing you'll be back up there soon p.s. Have you thought of just going to the DZ and maybe do some observation flights, just to get the feeling of altitude? Just an idea My New Website with 24hr Chat

Pammi 0 #4 August 30, 2001 Not the first time I've heard that about Rigs N' Things! Good to hear of such a nice company to deal with. I will certainly keep that in mind! Does anyone know if they do alterations and repairs to equipment?Dove, hope you get to feeling better very soon. You and Merrick are certainly handling the whole thing extremely well, much better then I would I'm sure. I'd be pouting about not being able to get back up there for a while, yet scared of it too! Keep us informed how you're doing, k?A new page! Bi-Plane pics!
