skymama 37 #1 September 3, 2001 Well, thanks to you all alerting me to the fact that I was supposed to celebrate my 69th jump in a certain fashion...let me tell you it was just awesome! No, I wasn't naked so stop reading if that's the only thing you wanted to find out. I did a loop exit with one of my good friends. For all of you who might want to try it, I'll explain what we did. I sat on the edge of the door, with my arms out to my side a little so he could put his feet right next to me on either side of my butt. Then, I grabbed ahold of his ankles, and lifted my feet up so he could grab mine, hence the "69". He gave the count and threw us both out of the door, and we held on and were just grinnin' at each other as we did loop after loop, picking up speed after each rotation. It was hands down the most fun exit that I have EVER done!He finally let go of my ankles, and we just kind of rolled out of the configuration into sits, and we played around a little in the air, and at the end, he came up and tapped the back of my rig with his feet as he went off to track. And then, I even nailed my landing on a no wind day, so the whole dive was really sw-eet!There was a friend who was videoing another group of jumpers and he climbed out on the rail and took a few shots as we exited, so when I get the picture I'll post it. Aviatrr 0 #6 September 4, 2001 Sounds to me like you did a 2 way tube.. Those can be pretty damn fun - especially when you get more than 2 people in 'em..
