Deland?!

Recommended Posts

Quote

Jumped Deland once and as great as it was, one of the things I remember most is the sand.

Funny that you should mention that, flyhi, because I just mentioned that to the DZO two weekends ago. I told him that if I was going to have dirty kness, I didn't want it to be from something like packing! ;)
The sand problem is because the original packing tent blew down in a storm a few months ago. When they put up the new tent, they decided to move it to the right a little, which left all the sand that was under the tent from the old location right there out in the open for everyone to walk through and bring it into the tent. I suggested that he throw some grass seed out or something, and he said he would work on it.

anyway i remember that was why i paid the packer for my last few jumps. well, that plus it was only $10 jumps, so i really didnt pay for it.
but if, anyone i were to send
i would stress this piont to no end.
there IS sand at deland
it sticks to more then just your hand
spend some time in the shower'
but not more then 1 hour
or people may think your funny
and shaking your tree for honey.
Gettin' high is fun, but coming down is the best part!!!
